Visma acquires Flex Applications, provider of HRM software to Nordic businesses.

Flex Applications was founded in 1990, has 140 employees and achieved revenue of SEK 163 million in 2021. Headquartered in Örebro, Sweden, the company provides software within personnel administration to large and mid-sized private companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Flex Applications will continue to operate as an independent company, under the same name and management as today.

With the Nordics as base, Visma has grown to become one of Europe's leading suppliers of cloud-based software (SaaS) to both the private and public sector.
In 2022, this position has been further strengthened by organic sales growth and new acquisitions, with Flex Applications becoming Visma’s 36th acquisition so far this year.
