Our Board of Directors supports our Management team and oversees the organisation’s operations and strategy.
These shareholders have co-investors comprising large Nordic and international pension funds. The Management team and a group of employees also own a total of 6.4%.

Executive Chairman
As CEO from 1997-2020, Moan led Visma to become one of the most innovative companies in the Nordic region. He took the company from 300 to more than 11,000 employees and increased revenue from EUR 30 million to over EUR 1.5 billion.
Director
Nic is the Senior Partner and Executive Chairman of Hg and Head of the Saturn fund. He has ultimate responsibility for Hg’s strategy, management and governance. He focuses on larger software investments that provide daily-use mission-critical applications for accountants, lawyers, tax/compliance professionals and designers/engineers/scientists.

Irina is a member of the Saturn team at Hg. She joined Hg in 2018, after working for more than three years in the UBS EMEA TMT Investment Banking team where she advised clients on M&A, debt and equity transactions. Irina holds an MSc in Finance from University of Paris Dauphine and Sorbonne, and speaks fluently English, French, Russian and Romanian.

Hanna Jacobsson is an independent board member in Visma, and chair of the audit and risk committee. She also serves on the Board of Skandia, IFS, wefox and Advisense. Before that she was the CRO at Klarna, and has also held different CFO positions within the financial services industry.

Henry Ormond is Head of the European Direct Investments Group for GIC, focused on direct investments in Europe across a range of industries.

Richa Sirohi is Managing Director for Direct Private Equity at CPP Investments, and responsible for leading private equity investments in the Technology sector in Europe. At CPP, Richa has lead/co-lead investments in Visma, Octopus Energy – Kraken Technologies, and Aareal Bank/Aareon Software. Prior to joining CPP in 2019, Richa was an Investment Director in the Direct Private Equity team at CDC Group, where she led growth equity and significant minority investments in growth markets of Asia and Africa with a particular focus on technology, consumer, and healthcare sectors.

David is Head of Research at Hg, leveraging over two decades of technology sector experience to provide broad market context to Hg’s deep cluster knowledge, researching how market trends and data impact new investment opportunities, existing portfolio companies, and potential exits. David holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.

Hverven is the CEO of Visma as of March 31st, 2020. Since joining Visma in 2011, she has been driving strategy, acquisitions and change management leading up to her appointment as Deputy CEO in 2018.
Hg Capital & Co-investors own 70.2% of Visma.
Established in 2000, HgCapital is a leading investor in the European private equity market. It is the successor to Mercury Private Equity (founded in 1985), which was acquired by Merrill Lynch in 1997. In December 2000, Mercury Private Equity staff acquired the business from Merrill Lynch and renamed it Hg.
GIC owns 14.2% of Visma.
GIC is a leading global investment firm established in 1981 to manage Singapore's foreign reserves. A disciplined long-term value investor, GIC is uniquely positioned for investments across a wide range of asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate and infrastructure.
ICG owns 3.1% of Visma.
As markets have evolved and developed, ICG's core investment approach has always been based on being local, expert and entrepreneurial. Since 1989, they have been committed to supporting business owners, developing new investment strategies for fund investors and delivering shareholder value.
CPP Investments owns 1.9% of Visma.
As a professional investment management organisation, it invests funds not needed by the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) to pay current benefits in the best interests of 20 million contributors and beneficiaries. In order to build a diversified portfolio, CPPIB invests in public equities, private equities, real estate, infrastructure and fixed income instruments.
TPG owns 1.8% of Visma.
The private equity firm focuses on growth and venture capital, public equity, and debt investments. Since 1992, TPG has managed investments in a range of industries including consumer and retail, media and telecommunications, industrials, technology, travel, leisure, and health care.
Vind owns 1.1% of Visma.
The firm is a private owner company specialising in software for professionals, laboratory science and niche technology. Investments are made in private and listed companies across Europe. At present, Vind is the majority owner in seven companies and has a concentrated portfolio of minority positions in listed and large private companies. Vind has an eternal perspective and seeks to partner with exceptional businesses with the potential for creating value in the longest term.
Folketrygdfondet owns 0.9% of Visma.
The fund is a professional investment manager whose main task is to manage the Government Pension Fund Norway on behalf of the Ministry of Finance. Folketrygdfondet is a responsible, active investor with a long investment horizon with the aim to achieve high financial returns over time. Its investment mandate has a benchmark allocation of 60% in equities and 40% in fixed income, with 85% in Norway and 15% in the other Nordic countries. Folketrygdfondet is the largest institutional investor on the Oslo Stock Exchange, owning around 5% of the market capitalization corresponding to approximately 10% of the free float.
Jane Street owns 0.3% of Visma.
Jane Street is a research-driven liquidity provider and trading firm that basis its activities on quantitative analysis and a deep understanding of how markets function. Operating at the forefront of technology, the firm also employs a variety of machine learning techniques to explore the latest theory and push beyond existing performance limits.
Aeternum owns 0.1% of Visma.
The firm is an alternative investment manager with a strategy to invest in public and private companies across the Nordic region. The main focus of the investment strategy is to apply an active ownership model to drive sustainable value creation in quality companies in the Nordics.
Visma management and a group of employees have 6.4% ownership in the business.
