Visma announces the acquisition of Teledec, a specialist in tax filing services for businesses and professionals. With this new acquisition in France, Visma continues to develop a comprehensive and integrated ecosystem to meet the specific needs of businesses in accounting and financial management.
Following Inqom in 2022 and Chaintrust in January 2024, Teledec becomes the third French company to join the Visma group. Specialized in developing online services for businesses and professionals, particularly in accounting and financial management, and accredited as an EDI partner by the government, Teledec offers a tax filling service known for its user-friendliness.
