Management Trainee

Are you finishing up a degree within IT, technology, business or management? Every September, we welcome a new batch of aspiring Management Trainees to Visma. This one-year programme lets you lead five projects with different tasks and roles across companies, business areas, and countries.

Regardless of where you live, you’ll get international experience working here. And, if you’re up for it, at least one of your projects will be based abroad.

You’ll get support from buddies, former trainees, a program coordinator, and a personal mentor – helping you meet your professional goals and stake out your career path.

During the year, you’ll establish a large network of colleagues across the organisation. Attend trainee gatherings across Europe and a variety of other social gatherings.
