Nmbrs, an Amsterdam-based supplier of HR and payroll software, has joined the Visma Group. With this acquisition Visma extends its HR and payroll portfolio to businesses and accounting firms in the Netherlands and strengthens its leading position in this area.
Nmbrs, founded in 2007, has approximately 120 employees and is active in the Netherlands, Sweden and Portugal. The company’s software processes 920 000 payments monthly for about 2 000 customers in the accounting sector and on the business market. 160 000 companies process more than $1 billion in secure transactions using Nmbrs every month, and with more than 100 integrations, customers can easily combine the software with other platforms.
